Delete your Wusbee account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Wusbee and go to your Profile.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email sevbaninfo@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject Delete my account and your Wusbee username. We'll verify the request and delete your account within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, username, avatar and settings
• Your chats and messages, waves, passes and blocks
• Reports you filed, your Honey balance and your Pro status
• Your notification token and sign-in account

What we keep

• Records of store purchases, kept as long as required for accounting, tax and fraud prevention (generally up to 7 years).
• Reports other users filed about you, kept for up to 1 year to protect the community.
