WusbeeTerms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Wusbee for your use of the Wusbee app. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One person, one account.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Your profile information must be accurate and must not impersonate anyone.
Community rules
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam and scams are not allowed. Messages, bios and notes are automatically filtered, and we review reports within 24 hours. We remove offending content and suspend or delete the accounts that post it.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and transmit it only to operate the service. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it.
Wusbee Pro and subscriptions
- Wusbee Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The price and period are shown before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies, except where the law requires otherwise.
Honey and virtual items
Honey is a virtual currency used in the app for things like Super Waves, streak freezes and gifts. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the app, and is non-refundable except where required by law. Honey is forfeited when your account is deleted. We may change how Honey is earned or spent.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no scraping, automation, spam, reverse engineering, attempts to get around limits or security, or using Wusbee for anything illegal.
Disclaimers
Wusbee is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for how other users behave. Translations are automatic and may be inaccurate. Be careful when meeting or sharing personal details with people you meet online.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wusbee is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Wusbee and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Wusbee means you accept the updated terms.
